Delivery Terms

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

PAYMENT

  • Cash on delivery - payment is made after receiving and checking the goods at the post office (commission for cash on delivery: Nova Poshta 20 UAH + 2% of order amount, Ukrposhta 10 UAH + 2% of order amount)
  • Payment by Visa/MasterCard through LiqPay payment service
  • Cash at the store address: Kyiv, 83 Vladimirskaya St.
  • Non-cash payment for legal entities with all necessary documents.

Be sure to check your order before paying at the post office upon receipt.

DELIVERY METHODS


  • Nova Poshta, delivery to branch – from 70 UAH
  • Nova Poshta, delivery to postomat – from 70 UAH
  • Nova Poshta, address delivery – from 110 UAH
  • Ukrposhta, delivery to branch – from 45 UAH

Before shipment, our managers will contact you to clarify delivery details.

If the item is in stock, shipment is made within 24 hours. Delivery time to Nova Poshta branch is on average 1-3 days. Delivery time to Ukrposhta branch is on average 3-5 days.
