Satellite communication equipment is characterized by increased reliability, but like any equipment — over time it is subject to breakdowns due to wear and tear or physical impacts. Repairs are carried out only by qualified specialists, but some types of breakdowns require specialized equipment, in such cases, by agreement with the client, we send the equipment to manufacturers' service centers. We provide a one-year warranty for the repair work performed by us.
We carry out diagnostics and repairs of any equipment from manufacturers: Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, BEAM, Cobham, Thrane & Thrane, Addvalue.
Diagnostics cost: 1000 UAH, diagnostics and repair terms are discussed individually, depending on the equipment and type of breakdown. After diagnostics, we agree on the cost and repair terms.

Equipment Firmware Update
Outdated firmware is a common cause of equipment performance problems. Due to outdated firmware, the following can occur: communication interruptions, problems with communication quality, signal quality, problematic and prolonged network registration, GPS problems and similar issues.
All manufacturers recommend using the latest firmware for the equipment to avoid communication problems. Moreover, if your equipment has very old firmware (several versions lower) — such a device will most likely not be able to connect to the network.
Equipment firmware update cost: 500 UAH — 800 UAH depending on the type of equipment.
Below is a list of the most popular equipment and the version of the latest firmware. You can check the firmware version of your device in the "Settings" menu — information item (depending on the model and equipment, the name of the menu item may differ).
