Internet via satellite terminal iSatHub iSavi allows access speeds up to 384 Kbps, of course making voice calls without depending on landline or mobile networks

iSatHub iSavi is the name of the service provided by Inmarsat-4 satellite and its ground stations, which provides coverage of 95% of the Earth (only the polar caps are not covered). The Inmarsat coverage area can be viewed at this link. The terminal itself is called Wideye iSavi.

The terminal is easy to use and does not require any specialized knowledge for connection. iSatHub iSavi has a built-in Wi-Fi module with a range of up to thirty meters, works with all smartphones and tablets that support Wi-Fi, and of course can be used simultaneously by multiple users. The terminal has low power consumption, which makes it easy to charge or use even from a car cigarette lighter or, for example, with a solar battery.

All you need to use the Inmarsat terminal is to install 2 mobile applications (versions for iOS and Android are available):

Voice App — allows you to make calls, receive calls and use SMS messages.

Control App — allows you to control terminal settings, monitor traffic usage, control actions of terminal users. The same, but less conveniently can be done using any browser in the web interface.
