This dialing format is universal and suitable for use both in the home network (Globalstar) when you are with a satellite phone in Ukraine, and when roaming. If you are in Ukraine and calling a Ukrainian phone number, you can also use a shortened dialing format:

[0] [city code] [phone number] [Call]

Just like any mobile phone, with the Globalstar international code:
