Iridium has introduced a new product called the Iridium GO, which is a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to five devices.

Thanks to this development, users can access the Internet, send messages, and make calls from anywhere on the planet, expanding voice and data coverage for personal devices when they are outside cellular network coverage.

Iridium GO! creates a mobile Wi-Fi zone via satellite internet anywhere in the world, allowing up to five simultaneously connected mobile devices to make calls, receive email, messages, and use applications even when there are no terrestrial networks nearby, or they are unreliable or expensive.

The device was designed for use away from home. The design is convenient, and it is equipped with an emergency assistance call system.

This first-of-its-kind product allows users to conduct business, stay in touch with family, or access information wherever they go — all without using a satellite phone.
